To submit data to the NAFEM Size & Shape of the Industry Study, you must have an account specifically for this year's study. If you have already registered for the 2024 study, please login. Otherwise, create a new account with a unique email and password combination (this does not have to be your NAFEM password).

• Keeps your data secure; and
• Allows you to save your data and finish submitting at a later date.

Please note:

• You must identify your company by name, submit answers to corporate questions, and submit sales data for your company’s foodservice equipment and supplies to receive study incentives.
• After submitting your company’s data, The MPI Group will send you an email notification as proof of participation. (If you do not receive the notification, please check your spam/junk folders.)
• If you would like to submit your company’s data using an Excel spreadsheet, please download the survey below and, when completed, submit it to The MPI Group at NAFEMsupport@mpi-group.com
